AquaDania A/S is located in Denmark. We will comply with GDPR practises not only for EU residents, but for everyone, regardless of location. In cases where local privacy regulations differ, AquaDania A/S will always adopt the more strict regulation. This practise ensures that your information is always protected.

You may be asked to provide personal information when you are in contact with us, or use any of the services provided by AquaDania A/S. To protect our website from malicious attacks, we do collect IP-addresses, and save them for a short period of time. This enables us to deny service to repeated malicious requests.

We will only collect information that is relevant and necessary for providing requested services that we offer.

We collect and process personal information based on our legitimate interest in fulfilling requested services that we offer. Services requiring some level of processing of personal information include:

We will never upon request share or change stored personal information if we cannot verify that the request is from the legitimate person to which the information is connected.

Limitations to your right to request information erasure are cases where applicable law requires us to continue storing the data. In such cases, we will anonymize as much as possible, and notify you that we are required to keep some information by law.

We take appropriate measures to ensure the security of the places where we store personal information. Our servers are protected by anti-virus software, firewalls, and generally have very limited access. We evaluate the security of our digital presence on an ongoing basis.
